We understand that there is virtually no resale value for a timeshare. We hope you do too. We are not promising you will sell for extravagant amounts of money. However, we do have access to the names of many Timeshare owners, and considering what they paid for their original timeshare, we have a lot of success connecting sellers with buyers at resale prices. 

 JMG Vacations does not sell timeshares. We instead bring the buyer and the seller together.   Absolutely not. If we are connecting you with a buyer, we will ensure all maintenance payments are paid during the process in which we have it listed. Thus, your credit will not be impacted by your choice to end your obligations to the timeshare.  

 Typically, a transfer takes anywhere from 12 to 16 weeks on average. Depending on outside factors such as resort transfer times, some transfers can take even longer. We will be glad to give you an estimate based on our experience with the timeshare you are transferring. These are always estimated timeframes and not guarantees. The developer and the internal transfer departments are independent of our control. We will always do our best to get our part completed in a timely manner and will keep both the buyer and sellers apprised of our progress.  

 Many timeshare companies have moved to a points system. This is where the points are representative of the property that you own. Generally, the points can be used to book at locations within the timeshare internal network of timeshare resorts.  

 This is a timeshare which is assigned a certain week and unit number. Typically, you can use these at other locations only by using a external exchange company and paying a exchange fee.
